The referral process
- To initiate a referral, simply call your local Companion MRI center.
- Fax or email your local center a completed referral form. Please provide a copy to your client.
- Once the referral has been arranged, you or your client may schedule an appointment with us directly.
- All pertinent information, including medical record and results of recent blood work, should be faxed to Companion MRI in advance of your client's appointment.
- Clients can bring x-rays with them on the day of their appointment.
- The day of the MRI, our staff will speak with you personally after the study has been completed to update you on your patient's condition.
- Payment is expected at time of service. Companion MRI accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit®. Companion MRI also offers its own 9-month, interest-free payment plan.
